And we also say no to higher household utility bills caused by the war.

We are living in an age of danger, and we are deciding our own future — Fidesz, the safe choice!

🧠 In summary – what is the REAL function?

This text is not about informing people about Ukraine, the EU, or money.

🎯 The real goal:

• to deepen the us vs. them divide,
• to trigger anger and fear,
• to shut down critical thinking with the claim:
  “we asked the people, they didn’t.”

This is identity-reinforcing propaganda, not political debate.

The stakes are rising, and more and more people are openly joining the election campaign — but after last week, everyone can see things clearly.

👉🏻 The Tisza Party first didn’t even dare to attend the vote on removing von der Leyen, and then this week they expanded their team with a Shell executive, who stated in his very first interview that if they come to power, utility price cuts will be over.

👉🏻 They also made another signing — straight from a Soros-affiliated organization and from alongside Gordon Bajnai. She is the woman who is deeply embedded with the Biden-style Democrats. From this point on, we can be certain that they would replace our current peace-oriented, sovereign public policy with Brussels’ pro-war madness.

❗️ And speaking of madness: Zelensky in Davos, and his foreign minister as well, have openly begun threatening Hungarians. They see that Hungarians are still unwilling to die for Ukraine or hand over all their money to Kyiv. They don’t like this at all, so they are using every possible means to topple the anti-war, national government and install a Brussels-aligned, Ukraine-friendly government to serve their interests.

Hungarians, however, will not let themselves be pushed around. The government is launching a national petition against the plans of Brussels and the Ukrainians, according to which every Hungarian family would have to give millions to Zelensky’s circle. We want no part of this — and we made that crystal clear on Saturday at yet another successful, sold-out anti-war rally.

If the images didn’t speak for themselves, the numbers certainly do: according to the polling firm that most accurately predicted the 2022 election, Fidesz is already leading Tisza by 10 percentage points. And according to a leaked internal Tisza poll, in Kaposvár the Fidesz candidate is leading by 15 percentage points — potentially matching the result from four years ago!

So things are taking shape: we are more numerous, we are stronger — but the bulk of the work is still ahead.

Since the so-called “Tisza tax package” he keeps talking about does not exist — something that even the court has stated is not true — the only reasonable response is that if this person ever gets a job, they should be dismissed immediately. Persistent lying is not an opinion; it is incompetence.

What is the problem with the Tisza-style progressive taxation?
Let’s talk in the language of numbers, because this plan affects the wallet of every working person in Budapest.

In Budapest, the average gross salary is roughly 200,000 forints higher than the national average. Meanwhile, plans are leaking from the Tisza camp about introducing progressive taxation above 416,000 forints. This means it’s not about taxing the wealthy — it’s about automatically putting the middle class, especially in Budapest, into the crosshairs.

The real question is very simple: where would they pay for their promises from?
In any society, there are two options. Either you create opportunities through work, education, and development, so everyone earns more — or you take money away from those who have already built an existence for themselves and redistribute it. Left-wing economists (who are now appearing one after another behind Tisza) believe the second path should be followed.

If you want to redistribute more money, you inevitably have to take it from someone. And that “someone” will not be a narrow elite, but the working, urban middle class — just as it always was under left-liberal governments.

Such a tax system would hurt everyone, but it would hurt most where wages are higher, where there is accumulated wealth, and where a stable life has already been built. If this is introduced, it will appear first in the districts of Budapest, because that’s where there is more to tax. Simple math.

And real-world experience shows that even if more is taken from those who have, those who have nothing gain nothing. That’s how it was before 2010 as well. Despite a 36% personal income tax rate, the minimum wage was 70,000 forints, and one million fewer Hungarians were able to work than today.

The real dilemma is whether we want to live in a work-based society, or in a system where the more you work, the more is taken away from you.

We believe in the first solution: creating opportunities, low taxes, guaranteeing independent prosperity for everyone, while at the same time providing strong support for families and housing.

That is why Fidesz is the safe choice.
