Category: Hungarian Government Propaganda on Facebook
Fidesz and Viktor Orbán’s propaganda needs no words.

For days now, Hungary has been facing threats. From presidents, ministers, intelligence services. But one thing is certain.
Hungary is a free and proud country. Hungarian interests come first. Threats or not, we will not give in.
Orbán’s propaganda is a display of nonstop, no-limits insults.

What’s everyone’s experience with this?
Is it really true that only uneducated, crude people vote for Fidesz, while intelligent geniuses vote for Tisza, as left-leaning researchers claim?? 😂🤡
Once again, opinion pollsters are misleading people—this time with the illusion that unskilled, uneducated, poor “louts” are Fidesz–KDNP supporters, while the elite (the group it’s supposedly fashionable to belong to)—the intelligent, educated, degree-holding, wealthy class—are mostly Tisza supporters.
First of all, we’ve been hearing this narrative continuously since 2002. Second, it’s quite strange, because in my own surroundings it’s exactly the opposite. And there…
🎭 What is this statement really?
This is not a sharing of experiences and not a debate starter—it is judgmental framing.
1️⃣ False social division (elite vs. “louts”)
The narrative looks like this:
“uneducated, poor, crude” → Fidesz–KDNP
“intelligent, degree-holding, wealthy elite” → Tisza Party
👉 This is not description, but labeling.
The goal is not to understand voter motivations, but to establish a moral hierarchy.
2️⃣ Pseudo-empiricism: “according to researchers”
Watch the trick:
“left-wing researchers”
“they claim”
“according to them”
❌ There is no:
methodology
sample
data
source
✔️ There is:
prejudice
irony
mockery
This is an appeal to authority without evidence.
3️⃣ Personal experience as a shield
“In my environment, it’s exactly the opposite.”
This is not an argument, but a defensive sentence:
it exempts the speaker from having to prove anything,
asks for emotional identification,
implies: “anyone who says otherwise is lying.”
👉 Classic anecdotal relativization.
4️⃣ The real goal: identity warfare
This statement is not really about Tisza or Fidesz. It’s about this:
“Where do you belong socially?”
If you vote for Fidesz → you are looked down on
If you vote for Tisza → you can be part of the “elite”
This is shame-based and vanity-based manipulation at the same time.
🧠 What is the reality instead?
Actual research (the kind that really exists) generally shows that:
there is no party split based on intelligence
There is a split based on:
age
place of residence
media environment
existential security
political identity
👉 The “smart vs. stupid” divide is propaganda language, not social science.
🎯 The essence in one sentence
This is not analysis.
This is political self-justification wrapped in contempt.
kakadu

It is clearly visible that President Zelensky has launched his involvement in the Hungarian campaign. Everything is changing in the world. Practically, a new world order is taking shape before our very eyes. And we do not know when this new world order will be completed, whether it has already reached its final form, or whether it will ever take on a final form at all.
One thing is certain: at the table around which the rules of the new world order are being shaped, we are sitting there as well. After all, our prime minister is the only European leader who is able to speak simultaneously with the leaders of the world’s major power centers. He is capable of negotiations in Washington, Moscow, and Beijing at the same time.
The fact that the prime minister was also present in the spring and signed the agreement on the establishment of the Peace Council speaks for itself. We Hungarians stand for peace. We Hungarians will not allow Hungary to be dragged into the war, and we support those peace efforts that would finally bring an end to the war that has been raging in our neighbor country for four years now — whether President Zelensky likes it or not.
It is clearly visible that President Zelensky has once again launched his involvement in the Hungarian election campaign. This was the case four years ago as well. Back then, they campaigned for our opponents, and the same is happening now, because they know perfectly well that Ukraine can only have a friendly government in Hungary if we are removed from power.
It is also evident that President Zelensky has allies in this effort — specifically in Brussels. No matter how President Zelensky interferes in the Hungarian election campaign, he should know that as long as we are here, he will not be able to drag Hungary into the war, nor will he be able to take the Hungarian people’s money.
That is what this election is about. And on April 12, the Hungarian people can decide whether they want peace or war, and whether they allow President Zelensky to take their money to maintain a war-driven regime.
alexa…
Huge announcement ❗
January – utility price cap
The government will take over the cost of excess energy consumption in January from families! 👏

They just forget to mention that the Hungarian people have been so financially drained that many can’t even afford to pay the supposedly cheapest price for a single month—partly or in installments—while they keep selling the story that everyone here is wealthy.

orban propaganda

Sunday pancake-making, and in the meantime some particularly good news.
Because Viktor Orbán has received a letter — and not from just anyone, but from Donald Trump himself. The letter is about Donald Trump forming a peace council, and in this peace council he is inviting the Hungarian prime minister not just to any position, but essentially as a representative of the founding countries.
The purpose of this peace council is to bring together world leaders who will work jointly for peace, and I think nothing illustrates better how important Viktor Orbán’s efforts for peace have been in recent years than this. The world’s most powerful leader, Donald Trump, clearly evaluated this the same way if he thought that Viktor Orbán belongs in such an initiative. Not as a follower, not afterward, but as a founder.
❗️Viktor Orbán has received a letter from Donald Trump!❗️
The Hungarian government’s peace policy, which it has represented for years, has once again borne fruit. This week, the President of the United States of America sent an official invitation to the prime minister to join the Gaza Peace Council, whose goal is to ensure lasting peace in the Middle East.
As Donald Trump put it, the activities of the peace council will involve the world’s greatest leaders — including Hungary — working together to bring about a historic and magnificent agreement. The invitation is yet another proof of the success of the anti-war policy.
It is becoming increasingly clear: the Hungarian path, the path of peace, is the right path. As we have said all along.
That is why the sure choice is Fidesz.
🎯 Core Function (Real Purpose)
This statement is not diplomatic information, but rather:
- leader legitimation (Orbán portrayed as a global peacemaker),
- appeal to external authority (Trump framed as “the most powerful leader in the world”),
- pre-announced campaign conclusion (“therefore the safe choice is Fidesz”),
- retrospective validation of a pre-declared narrative (“we have been saying this all along”).
👉 The conclusion is not reached at the end; it governs the text from start to finish.
1️⃣ “A letter arrived” – intimate narrative + transfer of authority
🔹 Technique: personal storytelling (domestic framing)
🔹 How it works:
- “Sunday pancake baking” → everyday normality, intimacy
- suddenly → global political significance
🔹 Effect:
- the audience does not hear an official announcement,
- but a “confidential piece of good news,”
- which feels emotionally more credible than a government statement.
👉 A classic soft-propaganda entry point.
2️⃣ Authority import: Donald Trump
🔹 Technique: authority borrowing
🔹 Key phrase:
“The most powerful leader in the world, Donald Trump…”
🔹 Trick:
- Trump’s assessment = objective truth
- if he sees it this way → it is beyond dispute
🔹 Manipulation:
- no quotation from the letter,
- no official document,
- no international confirmation,
- yet it is treated as an established fact.
👉 The source is not verifiable, but emotionally too strong for the audience to question.
3️⃣ “Not as a follower, but as a founder” – hierarchy manufacturing
🔹 Technique: status inflation (rank inflation)
🔹 How it works:
- not about participation,
- but about an exceptional position (“founding countries”).
🔹 Effect:
- Orbán is not a partner,
- not a participant,
- but a historical key figure.
👉 This is not foreign policy, but leader mythology.
4️⃣ Peace policy = personal virtue
🔹 Technique: policy → character transformation
🔹 Logical slippage:
- no concrete peace agreement,
- no tangible result,
- yet: “it has delivered results.”
🔹 Narrative logic:
Orbán wants peace → the world recognizes it → therefore he was always right
👉 Circular reasoning, without evidence.
5️⃣ Gaza as scenery, not substance
🔹 Technique: symbolic anchoring
🔹 Observation:
- the goals of the “Gaza Peace Council” are not specified,
- no legal status,
- no international list of members,
- no mechanisms.
🔹 Function:
- the name of a grave conflict → adds narrative weight,
- but without content.
👉 The conflict is a tool, not the subject of analysis.
6️⃣ Pre-manufactured conclusion: Fidesz
🔹 Technique: campaign closure
🔹 Structure:
- “as we have said all along”
- “it is becoming increasingly clear”
- “therefore the safe choice”
🔹 Effect:
- no alternative,
- no deliberation,
- no debate.
👉 The political decision becomes a moral obligation.
🧠 Summary – what is actually happening?
This text:
- does not prove,
- does not inform,
- is not verifiable,
but instead:
✔️ manufactures emotional legitimacy,
✔️ authenticates itself through external authority,
✔️ communicates a pre-closed political decision.
👉 Classic campaign propaganda, labeled as “peace,” within a leader-centered narrative.
szijjarto alias lavrov kakadu not need words…

85 days before the elections: a snapshot from a “neutral, objective newscast operating solely on news value.”
On Thursday we held talks in Belgrade, because we are getting closer and closer to Hungary acquiring a majority stake in the Serbian oil company.
The necessary diplomatic work had to be done, since if we succeed, it would create a better situation than ever before in terms of regional supply security and energy prices.
It is obvious that such a historic deal is in the interest of every Hungarian citizen. We also held a press conference and gave a detailed briefing on the state of the negotiations, which are now approaching the finish line.
RTL, of course, did not consider this important at the time and did not report on the matter with a single word in their newscast…
Not like now!
Now they covered the topic in prime time, focusing only on the “essentials”: huge surprise, everyone should be outraged — we traveled by plane, and during the trip every member of the delegation even received food, including the press officer — namely bread, ham, vegetables, and a bit of fruit.
What’s more, RTL is once again stirring things up through a colleague who appeared on their screen not long ago. Naturally, while Evelin Gáspár was working for RTL, the channel had no problem either with her person or with her breakfast.
But now it is prime-time political news that she works as a press officer at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and receives food on a flight.
Fair enough…
In any case, we will continue working to ensure that Hungarian people pay the lowest utility prices in all of Europe — including those who put this piece together.
We know the saying: even those who don’t vote for us benefit from us 🇭🇺
Bravo, RTL — you really have every reason to be proud of yourselves!!
Oh, wait… no.
(And just in case you might have forgotten: my godfather is a retired alumina factory worker from Almásfüzitő, not a dismissed deputy CEO of MÁV… you do remember, right?)
orban propaganda from dezse

Hi everyone! According to the “dream book” of politics, it is not advisable to label voters. To speak harshly about them, to criticize them, to demean or degrade them. But I think that is the dream book of politicians. I am not a politician. I am a journalist, although I do not really consider myself one. On Facebook, for lack of a better option, I selected it from a dropdown menu. Media worker, presenter—that probably fits me better.
And when I tell you that, even separating myself from my employer, I am speaking as Krisztián Lentulai, a Hungarian citizen, because I am expressing my feelings to you, then take it that way.
Those people from Tisza. Those from DK. But above all now, the Tisza supporters. Those who wish for my death. Those who want to wait for me at my workplace and smash my head in. Those who, in a somewhat gentler way compared to the previous ones, simply want me to lose my job. Or want me thrown into prison.
I hold them responsible for it if hell breaks loose here and a civil war situation develops. I hold them very, very responsible.
🎯 Core Function (real objective)
The text is not a personal confession, but rather:
- enemy construction,
- moral self-exoneration for one’s own aggressive speech,
- fear-mongering, and
- preemptive scapegoating for a potential future conflict.
👉 The ultimate message:
“If there is violence, it won’t be because of me, but because of them.”
This is one of the most serious propaganda maneuvers.
1️⃣ “I am not a politician” – role masking (role laundering)
Key statements:
- “I am not a politician.”
- “I am speaking as a Hungarian citizen.”
- “I am expressing my feelings.”
🔹 Technique: evasion of responsibility
🔹 Trick:
– while delivering a political message,
– the speaker detaches himself from political accountability
👉 Classic propaganda move:
political speech = “just a private opinion.”
2️⃣ Pseudo-objectivity and status shifting
Key elements:
- “I am a journalist, although I don’t consider myself one”
- “media worker, host”
- “independent even from my employer”
🔹 Technique: identity blending
🔹 Effect:
– when advantageous: journalist
– when responsibility arises: private individual
👉 This is credibility maneuvering, not honesty.
3️⃣ Collective stigmatization (group guilt)
Keywords:
- “those Tisza supporters”
- “DK supporters”
- “but above all now, the Tisza supporters”
🔹 Technique: collective labeling
🔹 Operation:
– anonymous, unverified claims
– criminalization of an entire political community
👉 Individual threats ≠ collective guilt
This is a basic propaganda rule:
if no one is named, the stain can be applied to anyone.
4️⃣ Victim posture + fear spiral
Claims:
- “they wish for my death”
- “they want to smash my head in”
- “they want to throw me in prison”
🔹 Technique: victimization
🔹 Problem:
– no evidence
– no concrete individuals
– no mention of legal action or reports
👉 Emotional shock precedes rational evaluation.
5️⃣ Preemptive transfer of responsibility (preemptive blame)
Key sentence (critical):
“I hold them responsible if things spiral out of control here and a civil-war-like situation emerges.”
🔴 THIS IS THE MOST DANGEROUS PART
🔹 Technique: legitimization of future violence
🔹 Logic:
– I am only speaking
– they are provoking
– if something happens, it is their fault
👉 This is a textbook example of authoritarian propaganda.
6️⃣ Implicit threat + moral blackmail
Hidden message:
- “if you don’t stay silent”
- “if you criticize”
- “then you will be responsible”
🔹 Technique: moral pressure
🔹 Effect:
– silencing
– self-censorship
– “better not speak up”
🧠 Summary propaganda formula
Structure of the text:
- I am not a politician
- Yet I name political enemies
- They threaten me
- I am the victim
- If violence occurs → it is their fault
👉 This is not an opinion. This is narrative construction.
📌 Final conclusion
This statement is:
- not innocent,
- not personal,
- not journalistic,
but conflict-escalating propaganda, which:
❗ normalizes political hatred
❗ asserts collective guilt
❗ preemptively absolves its own side of all consequences
Speaker: Lentulai Krisztián
peter takacs idiot…

“Expertise is overflowing‼️
My big heart will be the death of me. I simply can’t help myself when I see someone in need… Poor Péter Magyar has been abandoned by his healthcare team of several thousand outstanding experts. 😒
Luckily, I happened to be passing by and rushed to his aid. 😊
‘🤫 Listen, Peti! I know it’s not really my place to say this, because you’ve got the greatest DOCTOR of all time there, Zsolt Hegedűs (who, as minister, will also spend 27 hours a day in the operating room), plus several thousand experts with medical degrees—not to mention the basketful of doctor candidates you’ve got—but:
🤦♂️ There is no such thing as a TESLA MRI machine❗️
That’s not a brand name like a car; it’s a unit of magnetic field strength. Typically, machines are 1.5 Tesla or 3 Tesla.
Relax, this stays between us! 😉 I don’t want to embarrass your highly knowledgeable healthcare team—they’ve got enough problems as it is with you around…
No need to thank me, my pleasure! 😎
Greetings to the millions of DOCTORS on your team! 😘’**
🎯 Core Function (Real Purpose)
Not to clarify MR technology, but to:
- make the subject look ridiculous,
- cast doubt on expertise,
- morally and intellectually devalue the opponent,
- trigger collective laughter.
👉 The goal is to suggest that Magyar Péter’s environment is incompetent, and therefore he himself is unfit.
Applied Propaganda and Rhetorical Techniques
1️⃣ Pseudo-helpfulness (Patronizing Irony)
“My big heart will be the death of me… I rushed to help.”
🔹 Technique: fake empathy, condescending superiority
🔹 Effect:
- the author appears as the “kind, intelligent helper”
- the opponent is framed as a “needy fool”
👉 Classic patronizing sarcasm.
2️⃣ Mockery of Expert Authority (Caricature)
“the greatest DOCTOR of all time, Zsolt Hegedűs (who will work 27 hours a day in the operating room)”
🔹 Technique: exaggerated ridicule, caricature
🔹 Goal:
- not to challenge the claims,
- but to make the expert status itself laughable
👉 If the expert is ridiculous, then the entire program must be as well.
3️⃣ Technical Correction as a Political Weapon
“There is no such thing as a TESLA MR machine.”
🔹 Technique:
- a minor terminological correction,
- inflated into something of major importance
🔹 Manipulation:
- a linguistic inaccuracy → proof of incompetence
- professional discussion → narrative of political unfitness
👉 Cherry-picking + framing.
4️⃣ Conspiratorial Address (“Just Between Us”)
“Relax, just between us!”
🔹 Technique: creation of conspiratorial in-group bonding
🔹 Effect:
- the reader feels like an insider,
- the target is pushed outside the group
👉 This builds an emotional “us vs. him” alignment.
5️⃣ Emojis and Casual Tone as Aggression Masking
😎 🤫 😘 🤦♂️
🔹 Function:
- softens the aggression,
- legitimizes character assassination as “just a joke,”
- makes pushback harder (“it was only humor”).
Summary – What Is Actually Happening?
✔ Not a professional debate
✔ Not public health education
✔ But rather:
personalized discrediting disguised as expert mockery
👉 The final message is not about MRI technology at all, but this:
“If they can’t even get this right, how could they possibly run a country?”
